Equipment required to inflate and deflate all types of Air Inflated equipment.

We offer a range of controllers, regulators and hoses for use with our lifting equipment and shelters. Our 8 bar Steel Box Controllers allow independent control for each lifting bag. The Aluminium Control Unit is designed for use with both low and high-pressure lifting bags , available for either 1 bar or 8 bar control. Our hoses are available in range of colours and sizes and all of our High-Pressure Hoses and Delivery Hoses conform to BS EN 5774:2008 Type C.

Control Units:

The Aluminium Control Unit is a robust and durable controller with an impact resistant design. The body is made of aluminum with plastic protective handles at either end and models are available for use for use with MFC International’s low pressure and high pressure lifting bags.

The controller is supplied as standard with a female type 26 inlet coupling and either Geka couplings (1 bar controllers) or Type 25 female couplings (8 bar and 12 bar controllers); other couplings are available on request.

• Can be operated with compressor, SCBA breathing air cylinder and regulator or truck brake air source

• Available with 2 or 3 outlets (for individual control of up to three mats or a single three tier bag)

Plastic Box Controller

The Plastic Box twin controller is a compact box design with insight control panel/pressure gauges.

This high spec air pressure controller is ideal for use with high or low pressure lifting cushions/bags.

• Lightweight and easily portable
• Pressure gauges are recessed into the box for protection
• Pressure sensitive control joystick for each outlet
• Able to inflate two bags at a time, with individual control
• Colour coded outlets for easy identification (to match colour coded hoses)
• Housing available in yellow as standard, other colours available on request
• Straps for easier transportation
• Can be operated with compressor, SCUBA breathing air cylinder and regulator truck brake air source
• Available in either 1 bar or 8 bar
• Option for phosphorescent gauge

Handheld Controller

The push-button Handheld Controller is compact and light- weight and can be easily operated with one hand.

The aluminium body makes it durable and reduces weight. It is Ideal for use with low of high pressure lifting bags.

• Lightweight and easily portable
• Pressure gauges are recessed into the body for protection
• Different colours available
• Textured rubber hand grip ideal for cold/hot climates, provides a positive grip when wet or icy
• Can be operated with compressor, SCUBA breathing air cylinder and regulator or truck brake air source
