PROTECTOR, FLG-70 NOMEX DELTA TA & Kevlar.

Provides: Greater Protection and Performance than most other types, with more than doulble the life expectancy.  Excellent grip due to the three-dimensional cut and the use of new, innovative and elastic material components.  Slightly curved to fit the shape of the hand.  Water and windproof, breathable due to a special weather membrane.  Blood & Bacteria resistant due to inner membrane.  Material components such as Nomex and Kevlar are not bonded as in standard products, thus allowing the material layers to glide for comfort.  Very high grip-, cut- and abrasion-resistance due to special silicon / carbon coating on the Kevlar weave.  Cushioning for the knuckle analogous to that on the palm.  Attachment ring and karabiner for storage.  All seams made of Kevlar – yarn.  Guaranteed protection against heat and cold.  No heat shrinkage as compared to conventional leather products.  Washable up to 60 °C in the washing machine (without softener). After washing the glove must be immediately reshaped (put on and then left to dry).  Note: Design could be changed and updated.

• Nomex Delta TA:- (approx 195gsm) treated with water and dirt repellent flourocarbon impregnation.

• Palm side:- Double face, 50% Nomex Delta TA, 50% Flame retardant Kevlar.

• Back side:- Nomex & Flame retardant reflective material.

• Reinforcement:- Fingers, thumb & Knuckle

• Inlay Lining:- Dupont knitted Kevlar & Kevlar felt.

• Inner Membrane:- Blood & Water proof bacteria resistant Hipora membrane.

• Climate membrane:- breathable water and wind proof.

• Cuff:- , 100% knitted Nomex, with flame retardant leather pad.

• Thread:- Stitched with 100% FR Kevlar thread.

• Rip Stop waterproof material, Reflective material on fingers & knuckle, Fingers, Thumb & Knuckle reinforced with Silicon coated material.

• Inlay Lining:- Dupont Knitted Kevlar lining with pasted kevlar felt, Blood & Bacteria resistant, Water proof membrane.

• Colour:- Black Nomex & Silicon palm pads with reflective stripes.
